Job Requirements & Duties

  • Create clear and engaging press releases and media content to promote agricultural businesses and initiatives
  • Serve as the spokesperson for agricultural organizations by responding promptly and professionally to media inquiries
  • Support agricultural companies in building and maintaining a positive public image
  • Prepare speeches and coordinate interviews for agriculture leaders to effectively communicate their vision and goals
  • Monitor public perception of agricultural businesses and industry trends through social media and other channels
  • Assess advertising and promotional efforts to ensure they align with the values and goals of the agriculture sector
  • Effectively manage and diffuse challenging or crisis situations by communicating transparently and maintaining trust between agricultural organizations and the public

Education & Training

  • A degree in public relations, communications, or a related field is typically required for this position.
