  • Interview applicants to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the organization 
  • Manage job offers and help employers and candidates agree on employment terms
  • Promote diversity and fair hiring practices across agriculture workplaces

Education & Training

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this role.
