Job Requirements & Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to clarify their goals and vision for growth and success
  • Assess how agricultural businesses operate to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop strategic plans and innovative solutions to help agricultural businesses expand and improve
  • Present clear strategies and recommendations tailored to the unique needs of agricultural businesses
  • Support the implementation of plans that create positive work environments and increase operational efficiency
  • Monitor progress using data and feedback, and document improvements and successes over time

Education & Training

  • This position typically requires a post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field to prepare for the advanced skills needed in advising agricultural businesses.
