Job Requirements & Duties

  • Communicate between leadership and employees to support a positive workplace
  • Plan and manage payroll, scheduling, and employee benefits
  • Help recruit, interview, and hire new staff, including seasonal and full-time workers
  • Support employees by resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and promoting fairness
  • Keep accurate records and support workplace policies, training, and team development
  • Keep records of all employee questions and interactions

Education & Training

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is required for this role.
